Resilient

Different Bank, same result. We traveled throughout the night further down the "Ridge" in hopes that the batch of Wahoo down here had recovered from the pressure lately. What we couldn't control was perfect; conditions were right, i.e. temperature, cleanliness, and tide, gorgeous warm weather. Also what we couldn't control was the fish biting a hook. Objective today was to leave the southern latitude with everyone having a tally in the Wahoo column. We stayed resilient, ultimately came up one short! With a few wahoo to show for our efforts anyway, its time to move on. Next destination: Baja coast Yellowtail extravaganza

Today's photos cover honors goes to good friend of the Royal Star family, Dennis McNeely. Always cool and collected, Dennis is always a pleasure to share the rail with. Persistence paid off, he was rewarded with a nice Hoo on the Raider jig.
